Your body is a product of millions of years of evolution. It is EXTREMELY good at telling you what it needs, so listen to it.


This is why the practice of “intuitive eating” has become so popular, because you’re simply giving your body what it needs according to the signals it gives you.


Always hungry? You’re probably not eating enough, or not eating what you actually need.


Always tired? You’re probably not sleeping enough, or your sleep quality is poor because you eat too late and drink too much caffeine. (For example)


Get the feeling at the end of a workout that your body wants to stop? Stop, you’re done. (Remember, I’m talking about when your body wants to stop, not your mind)
