The company you keep.

We all know the saying, "You're the average of the five people you keep closest to you.".

Or... "Show me your friends and I'll show you your future.".

Although it's not quite that simple, there's a lot to be said about the company you keep!

And don't worry, this won't be just another cliché piece on it...

I do not care who you are, social pressure influences your behaviour to some extent. Don't take this to heart, it's the same for all of us.

This is especially the case with those that we hold close to us.

As people we trust, confide in and want the best for (and vice versa), the closeness makes us impressionable to their behaviours, values, and beliefs.

So there are a few questions I want you to ask yourself about the company you keep...

Do they celebrate your wins (genuinely)?

How do you feel after you spend time with them?

Do you feel any kind of guilt from doing something with them?

Do they lift you up, or drag you down?

And finally, can you achieve what means the most to you with them by your side?

Changing your circle is one of the hardest tasks in life, but also one of the most influential.

You are the architect of your life, and you design the environment - and this starts with the company you keep.

Do you want to take me on as a coach?

I spent over two eyars writing the most comprehensive guide to intermittent fasting, and you'll find it on your local Amazon!
