Stress can be combated in two ways:
1. The more obvious angle: Managing the stressful stimulus you encounter (lifestyle, work place, financial, etc.)
2. The angle I want to highlight: How you treat your mind and body.
If you don't have a regular sleep schedule, you don't eat nutritious foods in adequate quantities, you don't exercise regularly, you over-consume caffeine... you are fighting a losing battle when it comes to stress.
On the flip side... since these are within your control - you have the opportunity to take the wheel and manage stress from the inside out.
I won't over-complicate this one, but I will recommend letting your intuition guide you.
Often we know the right steps to take and when, but emotion, over-complication, perfectionism, and the like can get in the way.
Strip it back to the basics that you already know.
