You have to be self-aware enough to ask yourself “could I sustain this lifestyle forever?”


Yes, there will be times in your life where you have to make short-term sacrifice, that’s completely normal.


But if you want to make long-lasting change, you have to “become” the type of person that aligns with that change.


That’s it.


Oh, and whilst we’re here... cheat meals. Even the use of the word is stupid to me! But it seems I need to drill this onto everyone.


When those “wants” arise in day-to-day life, practice moderation and see it as a part of your sustainable lifestyle.


This isn’t exclusive to food, it’s everything - cheat meals are just too good of an example.


Develop a lifestyle that you don’t have to cheat on.
