The basics will always make up 90% of the picture. The problem is, it's human nature for us to focus on the 1%'s... the "next best thing".

With the ever-rising sea of information, every content creator is proposing the next best tip, trick or hack - and as much as these can be useful and informative, the fundamentals are often left at the wayside.

When it comes to nutrition, do the basics, and do them well. Get yourself a plan in place, double down, and stick to the plan - do this and you're 90% of the way there.
