Book recommendations.

I'll give you some value that requires a little less reading (pardon the pun)... here are book recommendations from myself and my Instagram followers (from a question box).

My recommendations:

Atomic Habits (everything you need to know about habits)

How To Win Friends And Influence People (changed the way I work with others)

The Power of Now (the most influential book I've read, key message: disassociating yourself from your thoughts)

The Miracle Morning (key message: both what to include in your morning routine and how to fix your mindset to wake up feeling fresh)

Building a Story Brand (story telling is the driver of the work I do so it was super relevant to me, key message: the 7 steps of a story and how to deliver them)

Genius Foods (the first audiobook I listened to, key message: the top brain and health foods)

Sapiens (to truly manipulate our health, well-being, and mindset we have to turn back the clock to how we were designed - so I found this interesting and read it through this lens) - sequel Homo Deus (yet to read)

The Real Life MBA (as someone who runs a business but never studied it, this provided me with a lot of key foundational knowledge)

Finding My Virginity, Richard Branson (I listened to this a long time ago and remember enjoying it)

The Secret (only read if you're willing to be open minded and take it with a pinch of salt) - sequel The Power (yet to read)

Recommended to me or on my reading list:

Your Next 5 Moves, The Unfair Advantage, all the Tim Ferris books, Solve For Happy, The Wim How Method, Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking, Can't Hurt Me (David Goggins), Spoon Fed (Tim Spector), Fibre Fuelled, Think Like a Monk, The Proof is in The Plants
