Why wait?


One of the practices that I recommend most to both clients and individuals on social is "Hitting the reset button".


Hitting the reset button entails wiping the slate clean, tidying your environment, and starting fresh!


The one drawback to consider is, many people will delay the process to a new week, month, or even year...


But why wait?


Every day, every hour, every minute is a chance to wipe the slate clean.


Picture it's 2:18 pm on a Wednesday afternoon, you're frantic and frustrated, floating in the wind not knowing where to allocate your time.


There's no better opportunity to hit the reset button than that very moment.


Take a break, clean up your space, centre yourself, and start again.


Psychologically, a new day is powerful - so if you're coming to the close of a tough and stressful day, organise your environment, make a plan for the following day, and open your eyes with a tidy mind ready to go again.


On a broader scale, with today being November 9th many people's sights will be set on the new year.


But why wait until then to make a change?
