Hit the reset button.

One of the most common questions I get is "How do I deal with a bad day?" or "How do I turn things around when I'm feeling low?".

Firstly, it's completely normal to have bad days, or tough times that feel like a never-ending low - and often it's just a matter of pushing through, ticking off what needs to be done, and working to make tomorrow a better day.

I always find that "Hitting the reset button" works a treat for me.

Hitting the reset button is a commitment to wipe the slate clean, and removing any stress of A, what you can't control, and B, what's already happened.

It's a commitment to put your blinkers on, block out what's behind you, and focus on what lies ahead - because at the end of the day, that's all that's within your control.
