Set yourself up for success.

The environment that you're surrounded by (when it comes to food) will play a major role in the actions you take.

If foods that don't line up with your goals are there to be eaten, whether you end up eating them or not, they're sapping your mental energy.

The best example I can give you is if you're traveling (driving is the one for me), and you have snacks with you. I don't know about you, but until I've eaten those snacks, a small part of me is thinking about them!

The same goes for foods that are in your immediate environment.

Set yourself up for success. Remove what doesn't line up with your goals, and stock up on the good stuff so when the time comes you've given yourself one less decision to make.
