No more labels.

Putting a label on your choice of eating is not necessary - although you may still like to!

By attaching a label to your chest with your choice of lifestyle, you almost put yourself in a camp that leads you to believe you shouldn’t stray from a rigid set of guidelines. In turn, this makes you extremely inflexible, which is an enormous disadvantage in my opinion. Vegetarian, vegan, keto, pescatarian, high carb, low carb... although you may want to follow one of these rigidly, there is no real name for someone who tries to avoid meat but only eats it when the other options are less nutritious or if the meat is high quality or grass-fed and eats fish fairly regularly but as a whole like to stick to plant-based foods. Maybe flexitarian? But it’s not necessary to pin yourself into a category!
