Fix your mindset.

The single most important thing you can do.

Your mind can be the most powerful asset you have, or the heaviest anchor pulling you down and holding you back.

Firstly, through your internal dialogue (the way you speak to yourself).

What you think, speak, and feel, you attract in the world around you.

Because the research is clear, what goes on in your mind (and through your emotions) manifests in your physical body - meaning it translates to all of your actions and how you interact with others day-to-day.

A simple way to visualise this is; your mind has to arrive at a destination before you do.

People who get into fights (unless innocently attacked) have primed themselves for that moment through their mental conditioning.

It was only a matter of time.

If your mind is filled with anger, hatred, or negativity, that is the lens through which you will see the world.

Positive opportunities will slip by you.

Positive people won't connect with you.

Positive things won't happen to you.

You're on a a different wavelength; oscillating at a different frequency if you will.

Instead, look through a positive lens, and reframe both how you speak to yourself and how you perceive situations, and positivity will be returned.

If you're vibrating with such a high positive energy, even negativity starts being perceived positively.

Failures become lessons, or one step closer to success.

Breaches of trust from friends become a clear sign that they must exit your life, with a better life following.

You are able to smile in these tough moments knowing that you are unshakable and you will come out of the other side better off.

You have true control, and access to your most powerful self.
